Take the hassle out of regular maintenance on managed properties. You can give tenants a link to the app where they can raise maintenance requests. Once the request arrives in the system, you’ll get an email notification and a reminder on the dashboard when you log in.
From here you can assign the job to a contractor, track the progress of the request, set a reminder and assign the task to another member of your team. The app even handles the invoice from the contractor, allowing you to store a copy online, and also assigns the charge to either the Landlord or Tenant.
You can store a predefined list of preferred contractors and enable automatic emails and texts to instruct them to carry out work. They can use the app to schedule a time and a text/email will be sent to the Tenant letting them know. This is one of our favourite features and we think you’ll love it.
