We know inspections need to be taken care off regularly and it’s easy to forget. You can set recurring or one-time inspection reminders and you’ll get a notification by email and on your dashboard when you log in. You can assign the reminder to one team member, a department, or every agent.
We’ll soon be launching our iOS and Android apps to help you carry out your inspections. Simply use the app to take pictures and follow our step by step wizard to create an inspection report. Your inspection details are stored within the app and instantly uploaded to the app when you are connected to the internet. You can then print or email a copy of the inspection report to the landlord. And of course, the report is securely stored within the app for use in the future.
